Feature

Written from the evidence, not from one sentence

AI triage reads more than the sentence the client typed: the console errors, the failed requests and the step timeline. It turns them into a structured summary when you press the button on a report.

Why it matters

Between “it’s broken” and a task there is human work

Someone rewrites the report so it makes sense, someone decides how urgent it is. Usually that someone is the most expensive person on the team.

How it goes today

  • The report is titled “Problem”, which helps nobody.
  • Reproduction steps have to be dug out of the email thread.
  • Priority gets set by how loudly the client wrote.
  • Triaging one bug takes longer than fixing it.

With Bugzio

  • The title says what is broken, not that something is.
  • Reproduction steps come from the actual click timeline.
  • Expected and actual behaviour are separate fields, the way a task wants them.
  • Priority and category are based on evidence — exceptions and status codes.

The result: a summary you can hand over immediately.

What you get

What the summary contains

The summary is generated on demand and stays attached to the report, together with the time and the model it was written with.

A title that reads

A short sentence naming the broken action and where it broke. Something you can paste into a task list without opening the report itself.

Reproduction steps

A list of steps based on the click and navigation timeline the widget captured, not on the reporter’s memory.

Expected versus actual

Two separate fields — how it was supposed to work and what happens instead. Exactly the shape an issue tracker asks for.

Priority and category

Low, medium or high, plus a category — JavaScript exception, network error, console error or an interface problem.

Two to four next steps

Concrete suggestions for where to start: which exception, which endpoint, which status code. Not generic advice.

Works without AI too

If AI is unavailable, the same data goes through a deterministic heuristic: runtime exceptions, console errors and failed requests are weighted and turned into a priority and a category.

The model and the time stay visible

Every summary records when it was written and with which model. It can be regenerated once new data has been added to the report, and it does not replace the reporter’s own text — it sits next to it.

The summary sits next to the evidence

One view: the AI summary, the screenshot, the console and the network requests it was written from.

How it works

How the summary is produced

Three steps, two of which happen on their own.

The report arrives with evidence

Title, description, address, console, runtime exceptions, failed requests and the step timeline.

You ask for the summary

One button in the report view. What goes to the model is the captured data, not your whole site.

The summary stays with the report

Saved together with the time and the model name. It can be regenerated, or used as the text of a task.

Hand the triage over

AI triage is on the Studio and Agency plans. Try it for 14 days and see what it writes from your first report.
