Changelog

What we shipped and when. Written by hand — only things you can see or use in the product make it onto this page.

Latest entry: 26 August 2026

Public site in six languages New 2026.8.5

Bugzio.com was rewritten as a server-rendered site — every page is readable without JavaScript and published in six languages.

  • Latvian, English, Russian, Estonian, Lithuanian and Finnish, each with its own address and hreflang.
  • Product screenshots taken per language, so the panel in the image is in the reader’s language.
  • Automatically maintained sitemap.xml, robots.txt and security.txt.

Coupon codes at sign-up New 2026.8.4

The sign-up form now accepts a coupon code, and the discount is pinned to the workspace’s plan.

  • Coupon catalogue in the admin area: validity window, redemption limit and discount size.
  • The discount is stored as a snapshot — later edits to the catalogue do not change a workspace that already signed up.
  • The coupon code is validated during sign-up rather than afterwards.

Security headers, self-hosted fonts and a lighter panel Improved 2026.8.3

The site and the panel were tidied up until our own security scan had nothing left to complain about.

  • Content-Security-Policy with a per-request nonce, plus X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy and X-Content-Type-Options.
  • The Inter typeface is served from our own domain — no request to a third party.
  • The panel’s JavaScript is code-split: pages load on demand instead of all at once.

Free tools on their own subdomains New 2026.8.2

The four public tools now each live at their own address, and the old links redirect.

  • Website test, WordPress tester, email test and cookie checker, one subdomain each.
  • The old addresses answer with a 308 redirect, so existing links keep working.
  • All the tools are listed together on one page.

Public WordPress tester New 2026.8.1

The WordPress check can now be run without an account — a domain name is enough.

  • The result lives at the domain itself, so the report can simply be sent to the client.
  • Results can also be delivered by email.
  • Target addresses are filtered so the tool cannot be pointed at internal networks.

Project screenshots in the panel Improved 2026.7.5

Every card in the project list now carries a picture of the site’s home page.

  • The screenshot is captured when the project is created.
  • It refreshes automatically once a week.
  • In a list of dozens of projects you find the right one by look, not by name.

PageSpeed history no longer stalls the page Fixed 2026.7.4

The PageSpeed results dialog came up blank on some projects. The cause was the full Google response being loaded into memory just to draw a chart.

  • The history chart now reads only the numbers it needs instead of the whole stored response.
  • The page opens for projects with a long measurement history too.
  • The raw response is still kept — it is only read when something actually needs it.

WordPress plugin New 2026.7.3

A Bugzio plugin for WordPress sites: the widget without editing code, plus image and speed tooling.

  • The feedback widget is added from the WordPress admin without touching theme files.
  • Image optimisation with WebP conversion.
  • A speed section: HTML/CSS/JS minification, page cache and browser caching headers.

Alerts by email and SMS New 2026.7.2

When a service flips from fine to broken, an alert goes out once — and once more when it is resolved.

  • Works for every monitoring service, not just uptime.
  • The alert is sent on the state change, so a check running every few minutes does not mean a mail every few minutes.
  • An SMS channel for the administrator, for the cases where email is not fast enough.

14 services in one panel New 2026.6.1

The monitoring and audit services now sit in one place: each project turns on exactly the ones it needs.

  • Uptime, PageSpeed, security headers with TLS, SEO, WCAG accessibility and the GDPR cookie scan.
  • DNS and reputation, email authentication, blacklists, malware, CDN configuration and WordPress.
  • Image optimisation as the thirteenth service.

The log starts in June 2026; earlier changes were not published separately.
