What is the difference between a reporter and a panel user?
A reporter is anyone who sees the widget on your site and sends a bug — no account, no access to the panel, and their number never changes the invoice. A panel user is someone on your team who handles those bugs in the panel; those are the paid seats.
What are credits?
Credits are one currency for the actions that use outside resources: scans, audits and AI triage. Every plan gets its allowance each month and the panel always shows how much of it is left, and it does not carry over. Bug reports and uptime checks never spend credits.
Can I try it without a card?
Yes. No card is needed to sign up — the trial runs for 14 days and starts the moment the workspace exists.
What happens after the trial?
Your data stays. If no plan is chosen, the workspace drops to the free base level with smaller limits: old bug reports are not deleted, but some services stop until you pick a plan.
Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time. Moving up, the new limits apply immediately; moving down, they apply at the start of the next period.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Every price on this page excludes VAT; it is added to the invoice according to your country and tax status.
How do I cancel?
There is no commitment. Cancelling is arranged by email — write to
[email protected] and we will take care of it; there is no cancel button in the panel yet. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.
How much does yearly billing save?
20%. A plan at €19 a month costs €182 for the year.
What if I need more sites or users?
An extra panel user is €5 a month. If it is sites you are short of, the next plan up is usually the better deal; and if even the Agency limits are too small, we will work out Enterprise terms.
