Frequently asked questions
How is the widget installed?
Paste a single <script> line into your site or install our free WordPress plugin. The widget appears in the corner you choose and the first report reaches the panel immediately.
Do reporters need an account?
No. Reporters are free and unlimited on every plan — you only pay for the people working in the panel.
How is Bugzio different from other bug reporting tools?
On top of bug reporting Bugzio includes 14 monitoring and audit services — uptime, security, SEO, WCAG, data protection and more. Elsewhere those are a separate subscription, or missing entirely. Pricing is per workspace, not per seat, and the interface comes in six languages.
Does the data stay in Europe?
The servers are in the EU (Germany). Some features use US services — AI triage and Google APIs for speed and reputation checks; both can be turned off. Details in the privacy policy.
What are credits?
Credits pay for the work that uses outside resources: scans, audits and AI triage. Bug reports and uptime checks never spend them. Each plan’s allowance resets at the start of the month and does not carry over; if a workspace needs more, write to [email protected] and we will arrange it.
Can I try it without a card?
Yes. 14 days with the full functionality of the plan you pick, no card. After the trial the account falls back to free limits and your data stays.
Are there discounts with a coupon code?
Yes. If you have a coupon code, enter it during sign-up at the plan step — the price is recalculated instantly, before the account is created.
Can I monitor client websites?
Yes, if you manage them with the owner’s permission. White-label branding is on the Agency plan; a sub-workspace per client and partner pricing come with partner mode, which we agree separately.
